Plastic, with its excellent performance and relatively low price, the application in the national production in more and more.Because the chemical properties of plastics itself, the plastic is difficult in a short time the natural degradation, which leads to the pollution of waste plastics.While the cable material as part of a larger variety of plastic products, processing the waste is also a very difficult problem.Problems on the recycling of waste PVC cable material reuse in this paper, based on the domestic and foreign research results and solutions, provides an environmentally friendly and has high economic value solution: production of wood-plastic composite materials, namely WPC.
This paper first carries on the waste PVC cable sheath component analysis.According to the plastics modified principle, using waste PVC cable material and wood flour as the main raw material, using screw kneading and extruding process, preparation of wood-plastic composite materials.Study on the extrusion machine working parameters, wood powder, coupling agents and impact modifiers and the effect of filling quantity, and PVC ratio on the properties of materials.At the same time performance of the silane coupling agent prepared were studied, and the feasibility of this set of industrial production process are analyzed.
The results show that, the optimum working parameters of twin-screw extruder were: 25r/min screw speed, barrel temperature of 150 ℃ ~ 170 ℃; old and new PVC ratio has great influence on the material properties, combined with economic factors determine the distribution ratio respectively: 20 copies of soft, hard goods into 50 portions; filling bamboo powder the material impact strength is good, 43.49% higher than the powder filling material; and filled with wood powder material is better than that of bamboo powder in tensile strength; wood powder filled the increase of mechanical properties of materials is reduced, the hard goods filled with wood powder was 30; in different products should adopt different coupling agents, and the dosage; impact modifier ACR-KM355P can improve the impact toughness of materials; homemade silane coupling agent optimum adding amount is only 0.6, but lower than the other two kinds of coupling effect.Results the feasibility analysis shows, this set of techniques for industrial amplification, have higher profit, can carry out industrial production.
